The Foundation maintains a restricted annexure recording project and service experience, delivery role, attribution, work opportunities created, participants reached, verified project value where available and the evidence held for each entry.
This annexure is not a public download and is not held behind a password on this website. A redacted version is prepared by an administrator and released directly to qualified funders, contracting authorities and due-diligence reviewers once access has been verified.
Confidential employers, government officials, clinics, professionals, private companies, beneficiaries and delivery partners are never identified publicly without approval.
