EF Legacy is not a registered psychologist, therapist, counsellor or healthcare provider. Coaching and reflection are not therapy, diagnosis or treatment. Where regulated mental-health services are required, they are delivered by independent qualified professionals under their own registration and scope of practice, and their name, designation and registration details are shown before any session is arranged. No. Coaching, mentorship and reflection are not therapy. Regulated services are provided by independent qualified professionals.
How do I know who I am speaking to?
Where a regulated service is arranged, the provider's name, professional designation, registration information and scope of practice are shared with you first.
Is the AI assistant a counsellor?
No. The assistant provides general information and helps you find the right pathway. It does not diagnose and is not a clinician.
