The EF Legacy of Purpose Foundation is an operational, human-centred institution combining practical community service, mental-health and psychosocial pathways, education, humanitarian support, employment creation, skills development, public-space improvement and responsible programme implementation.

Its present institutional capacity draws on founder-led, leadership-led and partner-supported experience accumulated before and after formal registration.

The registered Foundation now consolidates that experience within stronger governance, contracting, safeguarding, occupational health and safety, documentation, monitoring and reporting systems.

Structured employee-volunteer days are arranged around real programme needs, with safeguarding and privacy rules applied.

The Foundation’s work predates its present reporting infrastructure.

Historical records are being consolidated into a verified institutional evidence register, while current programmes operate through strengthened documentation, privacy, monitoring and reporting processes.

Public reporting is based on information that can be responsibly supported.

Private evidence may be made available to qualified funders, contracting authorities and due-diligence reviewers through controlled and appropriately redacted access.

Evidence without exposure.

The absence of a beneficiary’s face, name, employer, medical record or private circumstances from the public website does not mean that the work did not happen. It means that dignity, confidentiality and responsible information handling remain part of the work.

• Row-level security is maintained on every table holding personal or operational information.
• Least-privilege access is applied according to administrative role.
• Document uploads are stored privately; tender files are never placed in public storage.
• Health and safeguarding records are never placed in public storage.
• No Foundation dataset is made available to artificial-intelligence services by default.
• Mental-health and general administration permissions are kept separate.
• Access and administrative actions are logged securely.
• Retention rules, deletion and correction workflows and an incident-reporting pathway are maintained.

• Partner reporting is provided at agreed intervals
