Questions

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership is agreed in writing before the project begins. For personal and commissioned work, the client normally holds the rights to the final piece.

Is my material kept private?

Yes. Personal material shared for a writing project is treated as confidential and is not published without written permission.

Can you write from recordings or notes?

Yes. Interviews, voice notes, documents and rough drafts are all workable starting points.
