Refund Policy

If an engagement is cancelled before work has started, any amount paid is refundable less any administrative costs already incurred.

Once work has started, fees are refundable only for deliverables not yet produced. Completed work, delivered documents and time already spent are not refundable.

Sessions rescheduled with reasonable notice are moved at no cost. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as delivered.
