Service Agreement

Every engagement is defined by a written scope covering deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, review points and fees. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are implemented.

Timely information, feedback and decisions are required for delivery. Delays in these areas may move agreed timelines.

Information shared for the purpose of an engagement is treated as confidential by both parties.
