On full payment, ownership of commissioned final deliverables transfers to the client, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

Frameworks, templates, methodologies, tools and brand materials developed by EF Legacy remain the property of EF Legacy and may be reused across engagements.

Publishing arrangements are governed by the specific title agreement.
