1. Who is responsible
Funeora is a privately owned digital platform and trading operation of Nokulunga Sweetness Shabalala. Updated registered company information will be reflected following completion of the current company-name process.
2. What we collect
Account information, profile details you choose to add, journal and vent entries you save, records you upload into Funeora Vault, community messages, AI conversations, subscription and billing records, and technical information required to keep the platform working securely.
3. Default privacy
Journal entries, vent entries, Vault records, AI conversations and safety plans default to only you. We do not share private content with staff, professionals, guardians or AI unless you deliberately choose to share.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information at any time.
